first off, they advertise free parking, but good luck finding a spot—their lot only has 4 spaces! also, our online request for a quiet room was ignored, so we woudl ve been nicely rested if someone had cared. to top it off, no complimentary breakfast credit for my last-minute room cancellation!

Spacious room with a well-equipped kitchenette was perfect for our family. Noise from the road was quite bothersome.

The fish and chips at the nearby Nero Kai Alati Tavern Cafe were an absolute game changer! Our stay in the junior suite was spacious and affordable, and the kitchenette made snacking a breeze. Kiki's responsiveness via WhatsApp was a lifesaver when we had questions.

Finding taxis around was tricky, especially since the place is in a residential area. Limited dining options in walking distance were a letdown. Rooms could really benefit from an iron, and the toilet's exhaust fan was kinda weak.

Positive, The suite had everything we needed and more. We were upgraded to a spacious room, and the bed was super comfortable. Seamless check-in and easy parking made our stay stress-free. Great location for catching an early flight! ☕️

The hotel provided a lovely modern space with ample room for us to relax. The convenient kitchenette made dining easy, and the exceptional staff made us feel at home.

the bathroom had a weird smell at first. the kitchenette was really well equipped (made cooking easy! ) and staff were friendly, especially kiki who responded fast to my questions! the room was super spacious, which was perfect for my family.

gd gallery suites offered spacious rooms with a great layout, perfect for families. the kitchenette was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare snacks. the bistro served amazing food with huge portions, and the quick responses from kiki via whatsapp were super helpful. also, the location was close to the port area, which we loved.

It was just a balanced option for a budget stay in Heraklion with definitely value for money. The room had a nice kitchenette that made it easy to prepare snacks during our short visit. Try to book a room away from the street for a quieter stay.

Our suite was very spacious with a smart layout, perfect for a family stay. The kitchenette offered everything we needed for our short visit. The half board option at the bistro provided amazing food with generous portions, and we appreciated the quick responses from Kiki via Whatsapp. Our suite also had a nice view of the city, adding to the experience.

While the parking was convenient, the access to it could be slightly confusing.

The spacious Junior Suite offered an exceptionally comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, enhancing our stay. Kiki's prompt assistance through messaging made a significant difference when I needed help. However, finding the parking space was a bit challenging, and the noise from the street made it difficult to relax at times. While the hotel had a beautiful modern interior, a clearer approach to noise insulation would improve the overall experience greatly.
